Connecting to xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx - DreaD - 18.02.2011

I have an internet connection ofcourse and my samp is installed correctly but when I try and connect to a server it just says Server didn't respond. Retrying. What is happening? I realy wanna play it has only started this morning.

Does it show "Server didn't respond. " message on all servers?
