[Help] - Creating Textdraw - xRyder - 17.02.2011

Hello, I just wanna ask few questions about this picture:


I took it while I was playing on some server. I don't know which was it, so...

My questions are:
How is that created (I know how, but how many textdraws that uses)?
How this system works??
How they know which textdraw you need to upgrade?

And some tips you can tell me, I like it, and would like to try to make something similar to this.
I would really appreciate your answer.

I think Double-O-Seven has relased something similiar to that, i think it was a textdraw chatbox.

Yeah i know. I was just about to use that and then I thought "Why don't I make something similar to this picture" *open the picture*.
And then I found out that I don't really know the way to make this.. :/

Anyways, there are few textdraws that are updated via a function, no biggie.
