I can't get in some servers. - Bernas24 - 17.02.2011

Ok, so, I can play in almost all servers, everything is working fine, but in some servers I can't get in, but they are working, they have ping always changing and players etc. And I talked with a guy from another country and he said it's working. But I can't join them, neither my causin (from the same country of course). The servers are:

Los Santos Role Play [ls-rp.net] - 94.23.39.190:7777
[iG] Los Santos Zombie Apocalypse - 184.171.166.242:7777

I turned off router, refresh server, exit SA-MP.
Can anyone help me?? Also, I'm from Portugal.

u cant enter cause theyre 0.3b servers
