Using a map editor. A good one is MTA's
http://www.multitheftauto.com/
you can convert the .map file after saving on www.convertffs.com into pawn

noo not that .If we open sa-mp and click on a server then we can see the server "Players" "Ping""Mode" "Map" .this thing i am asking
