Help please - CraZy_KiLLaH - 13.02.2011

Ok so my server is attached to an IRC server with 2 channels one for regular players and one for admins!
What i want is ,admin chat to be seen only on the ADMIN CHANNEL and reports the same on the admin channel! How can i do it? Im noob at scripting.
