I need help (Taxi system) - Unknown123 - 13.02.2011

Any idea how i can set up a Taxi system?

Somthing, like:

/taxi - Player call for a taxi
OnPlayerEnterVehicle [Taxi vehicles] Take $10 every 1 second?

or whay would you do?
