Meaning it can't find the AMX, or the AMX is corrupted, do you get any errors when compiling, did you use any new includes, and as I can see, one of the plugins fails to load, that might be the problem, try without that plugin.

I wouldn't even suggest running Modertopia on 0.3c... It wasn't really developed to work effectively on 0.3c so a huge amount of changes will need to take place- But what I'd do is add a folder named "mysql" in the plugins section. Solved the problem for me.

I have Moderntopia on 0,3c in my calc. I`m using Windows 7 and everything works.. I want to put Moderntopia on my dedicate server, and there is LINUX.

Did you try creating the "mysql" folder inside of the "plugins" directory?
