Do you mean, EMT Flashers, or Turn signals?

Turn signals I think, you can do it by attaching a light object to vehicle.

i want that this script will be when you prees 1 you lamps turn left every 0.5 seconds, and blink, when you press 3 your lemps turn right every 0.5 seconds, and blink, when prees 2 your lamps all be on every 0.5 seconds, and blink
