Can you guys made SAMP to handle about 1000 players maximum .500 is a small.There is a lot of players.If it is possible.Please make it in another samp update

SA-MP jumped from max. of 200 players to max. of 500 players, I don't see why we can't jump up to 1,000 in the next version.

Yes, I've seen multiple servers peaking at ~500 players.

That Russian community has three 500-slot servers which all are almost full all the time, that means ~1,500 players online.

Everything is possible but it'd require NASA computer to handle it (MTA and 65535 players limit LMAO xDDD)

LS-RP had 500/500 almost all the time before being attacked by DDoS
This would be awsome to raise the limit to 1000

MTA Doesn't even have 65535 total players..
But why would we update to 1000, if only 1 person can reach it?

You mean server? If so, then you're wrong, because multiple servers regularly peak at around 500.

1000 players would be a huge load on the server, the host, and the network engine SA:MP uses. I doubt Raknet was designed to go near 1000.

Price and your own doubts are no reason not to try upping the player limit. If you can't afford it, don't use it. But if you can, why should you not be able to host for 1,000 players? :P

There is an hacked edition of windows server witch has 1000 players limit. But I haven't tested it yet (no need to do that for the moment as 500 limit is more that enough for me).

Ofcourse there are hacked ones, but they will be blacklisted from the masterlist.

I was waiting 15 minutes to get a slot.
This happened lot time ago,now there are arround 400-450 players
