Help With Script bug - showarn - 10.02.2011

but when i try to fix the website i get this error

umm i installed all like he say's and when i try to use the commands on my server its say unknown command (ofc iam logged into rcon) and it says Vehicles Loader from mysql 780 and also says 1 filterscript loaded.
but when i try to go to my website i get this error "unknown column 'carid' in 'field list' and i use xampp
