Testing My SA-MP Server - N0STurboMAX - 07.02.2011

I need help. Okay, I tried to play my server but I can't find it. I did the samp-server.EXE but dosn't work. I tried port fowarding & routering but still dosn't work. I have a Bell 2Wire. Oh & I used PCConfig to Port Foward & Router Foward even with the correct registered version, but still dosn't work. I even set it to SA-MP Server when using PCConfig, but dosn't work. I tried manually too, NOT WORKING. Can anyone help me? If your wondering, Here's my server.CFG:

What are you trying to hide? And your problem is the #include on the gamemode.
