Hello and possibly send direct e-mail server sa-mp.
Ex
I have an account and password esquesi select an option there to enter the email you send the email to confirm that the account of the user sending him an email with the password it is possible

Doesnt matter... lol but its hard to understand.
Anyway, its possible, you have to use PHP, also I believe JaTochNietDan made a mailer plugin(?) and some more people did to. Check out the "Filterscripts" section
