How do i make particles of smoke and fire? I want to be able to make them coming out of windows.

Go to MTA Map Editor, press f and go to Special there you should find some box or w.e from which is coming the smoke <-- the box is not visible because there's a lot of smoke coming from there.

For fire you should find a stick with a skull on it from which is coming fire, just rotate the stick upside down and there will be fire without a stick.
