As you can see in the title, I was hoping to do that. Like if the person presses 1, 2 (Key Submission) or 9 and 8.. Help?

You can detect the submission key but you can not detect the other numeric keys unles the user have set their ingame controlls to one of them.

Take a look at https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/GetPlayerKeys to see what keys can be detected.
