Help me with my RP - ifly4life - 04.02.2011

Ok so i am making a small RP in plaimino creek but i get easily sidetracked unless i have a plan. So what i ask of all you experinced players is to help me create a "to do" list and order of importance.So far all i have is join/leave messages and login and register(by the way i just started a day ago).
So thanks to anyone who will contribute

It all depends on you. I am doing the same thing, but I would start first with:

An anti-cheat (useful if you want to prevent hackers).
Hire beta testers to help you with your features.
Administrator commands.
Starting out with the RP shit later (a house/business/car system, all up to you).
Debugging out all issues you find.

This is Palameno Creek, so it's not really a huge place such as Los Santos, so it's easy to go through that city, piece of cake.
