Old "Livemap"? - DVDK - 03.02.2011

Hello, i remember like a 1,5 years ago i used to have a MySQL livemap system, really similar to this:

Only the problem is, this is a really huge map, and it's the ''new'' one, i'm looking for the old/original map, where can i find this?

I don't mean a picture of the map, i mean something like a livemap system which i can use on my website, read the topic first man!
