Server shows offline - script4life - 03.02.2011

Hello im new scripter (just tryning ) today i got problem when i start the server its shows in samp its offline what to do no errors in script nothing just evrything is right.

The server works fine now i found the problem scriptfiles\JunkBuster IpBans -> my sub mask something like 255.255.255.
