[HELP]Dudes! - murdoxix - 30.01.2011

Hi, i use Raven's GM.
How to change plate? i want when the man change need pay $500 and only can change the plate nearly dealer ship.
Command: /changeplate <here the plate> .
And i want when the mans enter in DD the car repair automatically.
