Hello, maybe you can teach how to do that, if the person immediately removes the 10HP, he would some one minute animation.

I sueggest you to learn the basics of pawn since this is fairly easy.
Anyway you could use

GetPlayerHealth
SetTimer
ApplyAnimation
ClearAnimations
and KillTimer

Get a players health using GetPlayerHealth, then use Applynimation for an animation, set the timer to 60000(?)
And make a function for it. Inside that function you put KillTimer and ClearAnimations, and your done
