Help with clock - [LV]Oskars - 30.01.2011

I would like to use a GTA time - 1 hour GTA time = 1 minute real life.
I used THIS but like it is said there it doesnt sync and on deaths it just resets to 00:00.
Can anyone help with this? Please. I want the timer to be synced to everyone.
