I need a cops and robbers game mod with these features
UNCHANGEBLE SKIN WHICH MEANS IF A PLAYER SELECT A SKIN IN THE REGISTER TIME THEN HE RESTARTS THE GAME HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE SKIN IT SHOWS CURRENT LIFE...THEN IF THAT PLAYER WANTS TO CHANGE THE SKIN

REGULAR PLAYER CLUB AND ACHEVIEWMENTS

DRUG SSYSTEM WITH PLANT TO GROW
CAR OWNERSHIP
FARMER MOD
LICENSE SYSTEM BUT THE PLAYERS CAN DRIVE THE VEHICLE BUT IF THE POLICE SEE HE WILL BE FINED
FISHING SSYSTEM
TAX FOR HOUSE AND WEALTH
ANTI CHEAT FOR WEAPONS AND MONEY SHOULD BE STRICT
GATES IN POLICE OFFICE AND IT WILL BE OPEN ONLY FOR POLICE
POLICE GARAGE FOR POLICE TO REFILL WEAPONS AND AMOR AND HEALTH
JAIL SYSTEM WITH TIME (IN MINIUTES)
IF A PLAYER ROBS. IN THE PLAYER HANDS THERE SHOULD BE A BAG AND THE MONEY IS IN THAT BAG AFTER 1 MIN ONLY THE MONEY WILL GOES TO HIM
AND IF A COP KILL A Civilians SIMPLY SUDDENLY HE SHOULD GO TO JAIL
All comments and and all should be appear in a black box in the side of the screen
JOB SYSTEM:
IN A BUSSINESS THE SHOULD BE A JOB SYSTEM FOR OTHER PLAYER LIKE PRIVATE DRIVER AND SHOP SYSTEM
TAXI SYSTEM FOR SECOND 10$ DOLLAR WILL BE EARN FROM THE PASSENGER
PILOT SYSTEM for one landing he will earn 15000$ if damage the nevade he will earn less
BUS
PRIVATE DRIVER system will only start from the business of other player
Classes: - Cops (light blue)

and if they have more 4 levels and if that try to rob it should show you can't rob while u have warrent for arrest

Civilians : /hits , /hit, /blow, /blowcar , /rob, /buyc4 , /pay
Medics : /heal, /healme

houses = 600 in the house the other players can albe to rob but if that house's owner is donated it should be very hard to rob and after entering the house that player should type /robhouse
and in the house the player can store drugs money and all
bussiness = 600 in the biz the other players can albe to rob the comment should /robbiz

If you are paying for a script, you should get the pwn. People also will want to know how much you will want to pay.
