Hey excellent tutorial man! I think I can get the hang of this pretty easily, it actually doesnt look that hard and you explained pretty much everything straight forward.
I'll prolly start with a freeroam mode like you mentioned and expand to try and make an rp server like the ones I usually play on.

Rper, yeah make an FreeRoam but i will tell you 1 think...
Don't Start thinking you will make this, aftre this, after the best rp...
Do 1 think per think, don't think longeeeeeeeer... Now do 1 think, after other think... Put in your mind that, to make a good GameMode you allways take like 1 month(for freeroam) and like 3 to a RP(allways working)
