I'm able to create a 3D text lable on cars but how to i make it random for RP license plates?

I don't see why you would want to use 3D Text Labels for license plates, since the new SA:MP version enable personal car license plates.

I dont like that because no one looks at those that much if you have the text lables they are ALOT easier to see and work with
