Okay, everytime I try to play SA:MP it says

even if I try to un-install it and ect.

I'd like help ASAP if possible.

Your dll should be broken if you get that error
Replacing it may help

im not completly sure,it never happened to me but try to put it in your SA directory

EDIT:Yes,or maybe in system32 as zhero says

what folder? I see no folder related to cot
