You can't edit skins, every skin has an ID.
Add it on gamemode init with AddPlayerClassEx(team,skin,spawnx,spawny,spawnz,fa cing-angle,weapon 1, weapon 1 ammo, weapon 2, weapon 2 ammo, weapon 3, weapon 3 ammo);
