Black Box on my server - 01 - 25.01.2011

Hey Whenever i Login to my server a black thing always comeup.. BIG black thing that covers all the screen.

when i press TAB it removed
but when i release TAB it comes again why?

Check your textdraws, as It sounds like a big ass textdraw.
