How do you make sa-mp window'd mode? Sometimes i want to talk on msn and have samp running, but i dont know how to make sa-mp windows mode. Thanks to whoever helps
. Btw ive tried alt + enter.

Not close samp lol, have it window'd so i can see my taskbar and stuff lol

ALT + TAB does not close SA-MP. It minimizes it and switches to another window.
There are modifications to play in windowed mode. You can try this one if you want.

pause the game go to the map menu and press Ctrl+Enter
