CP race - *** Queen Bee *** - 24.01.2011

How to make a CheckPoint like this? I wanted to put on my server, my server has a similar, but within the checkpoint is white and a little different from this. The CP has this video where is this:

It's call'd race checkpoint, and there isn't any bug about it.
