[HELP] Locked cars - Xcite - 24.01.2011

Hello , I have a problem with my gamemode , i added 3 cars to medics and after that and i modified something in gamemod ( at commands ) i put the GM on the server and than i changed it with the backup GM but with cars and than the cars from FBI , PD and another factions , but not from all were locked . I can't repair that , i changed gm but nothing worked . How can i repair the GM ?
