ok one day, i tryed to play ugp on sa-mp 3b, but it just froze

as you can see this is where my game stops every time.if you know wats going on tell me..
i have tryed reinstalling sa-mp.tryed reinstalling GTA SA., it just wont connect

i dont want to download the 3c, i need to download 3b inorder to play on the server i want to
also when iry to install sa-mp 3c it give me a error that says
"Installer integrity chech has failed.Common cause include incomplete download or damaged media.Contect the installer's author to obtain a new copy."
(NSIS Error)

i have downloaded and tryed to install 3c but my last comment said the error i was getting
