How to load name from file, and send it ingame - andruz99 - 23.01.2011

I got an easy car system that i re made from grand larency

and i want if you enter the vehicle then it sends a message whos owner, and gets the owner from the file

in my file there is

it spawns and erverything works but i just need to know how to say the name when entering that car
