samp 0.3c bug - explosions - steveday50 - 23.01.2011

ok, everytime a vehicle in SAMP blows near me i crash and i dont know what to do to fix it.

I reinstalled gta sa 3 times and deleted the gta sa documents 3 times and still its not fixed.

Please, can you help me?
