CHAT - NuggaN_ - 22.01.2011
I want to create the chat so, that you can see the message only in a different radius (if the player is near me).
Then I want to create a shout, if player is doing /s message it should be a bigger radius than the normal one
and /w for whisper, for less radius than normal one!
