Compiling fails -.- - Sascha - 22.01.2011

Hi,
I just re-downloaded sa-mp server for windows onto another pc and when I try to compile it shows
"Unable to execute compiler..."
There is no scripting error and no mistake, as it also does so with new scripts -.-
(no plugin, include, etc. missing)
any idea?
