License Plates - Gerr139 - 20.01.2011

Hello,

I would like some help creating a filter script that you can set a car id, and the plate you want for that car id. It dont matter how you have to put plates in, either in the filterscript itself, or in a file in the script files, but I would really like to have this for my server. Any help is appreciated.
