Why when i run the script on host it says that the script unknown ? , and if i run it on localhost it works well

Which version is your server, and your localhost?
You probably have a wrong version on that host. Ask your provider to update.

also check if you transferred the gamemode.amx into the gamemodes file on the host..
possibly you transferred the .pwn and thought it is the .amx
