every time i run irc once i start the server it gives me this

"The Program can't start because LIBEAY32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstall the program to fix the problem.

btw i have win 7 64 bit

ok i added it and it asked for 2 more dlls i used the same web site to add but it keeps saying

The ordinal 110 could not be located in the dynamic link library SSLEAY32.dll
that is one of the dlls i had to download i put it in the windows/syswow64 and /windows/windows32 and doesnt work any ideas how to fix?

Put them in your SA-MP Server directory.
