I don't have that list but I can help you with something.
If you look at this page you'll see that skins
goes like: Skin ID: 0, Skin ID: 1, Skin ID: 2, Skin ID: 7.... So ID's 3,4,5,6 will be CJ skins
'cause they are invalid or other words they will return false ( 0 = CJ skin id ).
