Hey, is there anyway i can change the paint and spray prices from $100 to $500 for example

No, there's no way to do this (not that I know), but you can return money to the player or take more from him.

You could try experimenting with OnVehicleRespray(playerid, vehicleid, color1, color2).

Note that this will probably only work when respraying inside a tuning garage.
