0.3a to 0.3c <<HELP>> - eRroR95 - 15.01.2011

Hey .

I have a problem , IF i make my Server to 0.3c , then i go to my server, log on , and if I want to kick , ban , somebody then i write /kick [ID] [REASON] . When I have done this and I press ENTER then come a txt "Your Not An Admin" Buy My Adminlevel is "1340"...

Please Make my Server to 0.3c and upload it here

PS ! Sorry Abouth my Englis ! I'm Estonian

maybe u can better paste the code part where u have that level script instead of giving free ur whole server and say, fix it pls.
