Hey my internet works fast but i cant connect in samp to play

it says connecting to ips:::

joining the server

than server restarting this what happens and i cant connect to play
can you help me

For other versions, it keep retrying and said "server didn't respond". Try different servers. Otherwise, the problem is on the client.
