IRC Bot CMDS. - iiLiamii - 13.01.2011

Hi All,

I am looking at putting an IRC Bot into my server. I have noticed that the IRC Plugin thread here, Only has the start of the code and requires you to script the cmds yourself.

I am not a great scripter, and would really like some help to get my bot working
