How made server from 0.2 version to 0.3c version?

Simply download the latest files from the SA-MP download page, and over-write any existing files in your current SA-MP server directory. Then you'll also need to re-compile the script with the latest includes that come with the Windows server package available for download on the SA-MP download page.

i need recomple all files or only gamemode and filterscript?
