Country side DeathMatch(beta) - fangoth1 - 10.01.2011

Im Deciding to release this GameMode, feel free to post bugs, and such
-This is a deathmatch GameMode in Red County
-No Admin System but Rcon Commands
-Didnt add a /help command
-No Erros in Script
-Admin's That Spawn cars will put the Plate to Admin Car
-First Gamemode
