There are tons of threads about this, use you're brain and compare them yourself, or search.
I personally use G-sTyLeZzZ's over stricken's, as his is pretty much an exact copy and brings nothing new to the table. Its funny how similar the code used to be too, its as if stricken completely jacked parts of it. The only real difference between the code was that stricken changed a FEW small things, and that he removed a lot of the fail safes. Its been a while since i compared the code of both plugins, so i really hope this still isnt the case.

I prefer Strickenkid's, I've seen around that it's a bit faster and I am using it myself, no problems till now.
