im using a RP gm now, got some bugs.. need to get it fixed

Bugs:
1) Vehicles sometimes freezes on /engine ( needs to be thawed )
2) Some ints ( custom ) load late, so the character falls from the sky
3) Certain small bugs, discussed on MSN.

Things to Add:
1) Police faction spawn and San News spawn
2) Add commands to make the Poll-Booth work properly.
3) Certain small things to add, duscussed on MSN.
