If you don't have an MySQL server download XAMPP

Make sure MySQL is online and privileges are given to the database(s).

How can i check it MySQL Server is online or offline?
im using

* cpsrvd 11.28.64
* MySQL client version: 4.1.22
* PHP extension: mysql

http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
in your browser, does it load?
