What can you do if soemone comes on your server ask to be scripter we give him admin then he Permanbans everyone

.. First, don't accept 'HEY, I CAN BE UR SCRIPTER' offers, NEVER, if you really need it. You can script by yourself. 2nd, don't give admin right away. Read his comments, profile, etc, make him PROOF you he is worth scripting or fails at making a formatted message.
For your mistake, all you can do is either unban everyone, or restore a backup.
