I want an ELM MOD that's working on SA-MP! (Emergency Light Mod)
I'm an Paramedic on a RP Server.
Please help me.

How do you think this should work? You install a mod, and everyone who joins the server sees the mod then, because it is a cool made mod, or he loads it from you first?

I never worked with it, but it can handle custom objects I think. Everyone who wants to see your mod has to download the client then first.

Other cops are using it too.
I saw theirs when they i didn't have the mod installed.
I just want a Light mod that is public!
So everyone can see my Lights

ELM for players that doesnt have it works only after 21:00 or 20:00 (dark).

ELM works by breaking and repairing each light very quickly in order to simulate flashing.
SAMP 0.3 synchs light damage.
ELM can therefore be seen by all players, but only at night time when lights would normally be on
