1) Sometimes when i open samp and connect single player opens WTF?
2) When i alt tab and i come back and i press esc or click on resume my GTA just stops and gets fucked and i gotta goto task manager and close it.

YOU need to stop acting like the most important person on this forum! You have an attitude about the stupidest things and act like you know anything about coding in Pawn.

You need to re-install GTA, then patch it, then add your no-CD patch. It should fix your problem.

Try making sure the directory is correct AND make sure you have the right version, right downgrade patch, and a legit GTA SA.

This happens in windows 7 due to compatibility issues...
Try to run sa-mp.exe as administrator by right clicking and clicking on "Run as Administrator"
